As the second semester begins at Fresno Christian, the campus welcomes new students and those who are shadowing peers as they consider attending the private school.

New students share the reasons why they decided to change schools and be an Eagle and they comment on how they feel about the first week of 2012.

Student leadership is also hosting a new student lunch on Jan. 18 in Room 608. All students who joined campus for either first or second semester are encouraged to attend. Come enjoy a free lunch, meet other students and find out about all the current events happening in and around campus for spring.

“Even though the new student lunch is happening second semester, I’m still excited for it because a lot of new kids came to FC this month,” Jordan Boudreau, ’13, said. “It will be a great way for the new kids to meet some new people, and I think the game we’re playing will really help it be less awkward.”

While some students who joined campus in August may feel integrated into FC, all new 2011-12 students are still encouraged to attend, providing a place for the newest Eagles to feel a part of the campus community.
