Four seniors decided to ask four girls to the annual Night of the Stars (NOTS) winter formal while performing during a Jan. 26 assembly.
Brandon Porter, David Casuga, Matt Adams and Zed Fries sang and played their way to a “Yes” from each potential date. After seeing their names drawn on a white board, the four girls were each given a bouquet of flowers after the song was finished.
Seniors Austen Houts, Julianne King, junior Rachel Quiring and sophomore Emily Shakeshaft all smiled and agreed to go to NOTS will the four musicians on Feb. 18. NOTS will be in downtown Fresno at The Grand. Tickets are $55 and will be on sale until Feb. 16.
For more information on NOTS, read Night of the Stars and for ideas on how to creatively ask someone on a date, read NOTS: Join the discussion. Be sure to leave a comment on the articles sharing how your creative way to ask should be considered for the free tickets.
In fact, the most creative NOTS invitation will earn the asked two free tickets to the event. Student leadership adviser Robert Foshee will head up a group to choose the lucky couple to earn a free trip to the event.

I loved all of the choir songs, but this was my favorite song of the night. It was hilarious! You guys did a great job and all have amazing voices! I hope there is another concert soon. 🙂
