Dear Editor:

I agree completely with the December article, “Entertainment industry negatively impacts Christian morality.” There are lots of funny and action packed movies out there, but I don’t think they are right for Christians to watch.

I believe that we have been slowly corrupted and soon we will begin to rationalize what we know is wrong in the name of entertainment.

Movies have gone from bad to worse during the last decade and we have become desensitized without even knowing it.

Think about when you were a child and you heard a curse word; you were shocked and appalled. But now it seems as if you can hear them in music or in movies and not even care.

The right place to be is in the mind of a child, because once a child has been desensitized their morals often will decline.
