This is the 19th episode of “FC Underground, 2012-13” covering the week of Nov. 19-20, 2012. Sophomore Callista Fries is a first year host and broadcasts the video news alone. FC Underground is a weekly segment hosted by Fries, filmed by senior Nathan Bender, and produced by senior videographer Juan Ruelas.

Any seniors who are interested in going to community college there is a meeting to day at lunch in room 627 to meet with an admissions counselor.

There will be a Brother to Brother off campus lunch Mon. Nov. 19.

Lunch on Tues. Nov. 20 will be Farmer Boys for $6.

CSF is having a Bake Sale Tues. Nov. 20 at lunch.

The International Student Tutoring is a new club starting on campus, The club will be Wednesday’s during lunch in room 621. Talk to Junior Jason Kim if you are interested in joining.

The JH and HS is starting a project called the Fleece Blanket Project, if you would like to contribute, please bring 2 yards of fleece to the HS office.

New letterman jackets are now available to be ordered, talk to the athletic office if you are interested.

Congratulations to Junior Tyler Laird, he qualified for State in crosscountry, his state meet will be Nov. 24 at woodward park.

The segments consist of news, interviews, profiles and comments on campus life. Each episode is between two and three minutes in length.

“FC Underground” first ran in the fall of 1997 and continued until the spring of 2001. In the fall of 2009, editor-in-chief Suzanna Quiring, ’10, resumed the series, which was then produced by Paige Powell, ’10. After Quiring and Powell graduated, Brooke Stobbe and David Casuga took up the job until the end the 2011-’12 school year. Now, Fries and Ruelas have continued the segments.
