This is the 28th episode of “FC Underground, 2012-13” covering the week of Feb. 12-15, 2012. Sophomore Callista Fries is a first year host and broadcasts the video news alone. FC Underground is a weekly segment hosted by Fries, filmed and produced by senior videographer Juan Ruelas.

Candy Grams are on sale now in the HS office for $1 each, the last day to buy them is Feb. 12.

This Wed. Feb. 13 there is CSF Tutoring Wed. Feb. 13, after school in room 621 from 3-4 p.m.

Thur. Feb. 14 the HS girls soccer team has their first play off game at Mendota starting at 6:30 p.m.

In honor of valentines day the leadership class is asking all HS student to wear Red and Pink of Thur. Feb. 14.

NOTS is here! This Sat. Feb. 16 is n=Night Of The Stars, pictures begin at 5:30 and the night ends at 11:30 p.m.

Feb. 18, there is no school.

The segments consist of news, interviews, profiles and comments on campus life. Each episode is between two and three minutes in length.

“FC Underground” first ran in the fall of 1997 and continued until the spring of 2001. In the fall of 2009, editor-in-chief Suzanna Quiring, ’10, resumed the series, which was then produced by Paige Powell, ’10. After Quiring and Powell graduated, Brooke Stobbe and David Casuga took up the job until the end the 2011-’12 school year. Now, Fries and Ruelas have continued the segments.
