This is the 31st episode of “FC Underground, 2012-13” covering the week of March 4-8, 2012. Sophomore Callista Fries is a first year host and broadcasts the video news alone. FC Underground is a weekly segment hosted by Fries, filmed and produced by senior videographer Juan Ruelas.

There is a HS Baseball Game Mon. March 5, at home starting at 3:30 p.m.

Tues. March 5 is Kids Day, FCS students will be selling papers from 4-8:30 a.m.

Wed. March 6, there is CSF Tutoring after school, from 3-4 p.m. in room 621.

This Wed. March 6 the HS Softball team has a game at home starting at 3:30 p.m.

HS Baseball has a game this Thur. March 7, at Colinga, at 3:30 p.m.

Softball will also have a game this Fri.March 8, at home, the game begins at 3:30.

The HS Track team has a meet this at 1 p.m. at Clovis East HS, this Fri. March 8.

Fresno Christian Schools’ Annual Auction is scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Fresno Christian Gymnasium. The silent auction begins at 5:30 P.M., dinner is at 6:30 P.M., and the live auction begins at 7:30 P.M. This is Fresno Christian Schools’ 30th annual auction. The auction is our primary fundraising event that provides funds to enrich the school’s program.

Tim Tebow is coming to Fresno. Tickets available ? February 19, 2013. Fresno Christian Schools and Break the Barriers have partnered to create an event that will inspire and energize the Fresno community ?The Inspire Gala ? featuring New York Jets Quarterback Tim Tebow, as the keynote speaker.

The segments consist of news, interviews, profiles and comments on campus life. Each episode is between two and three minutes in length.

“FC Underground” first ran in the fall of 1997 and continued until the spring of 2001. In the fall of 2009, editor-in-chief Suzanna Quiring, ’10, resumed the series, which was then produced by Paige Powell, ’10. After Quiring and Powell graduated, Brooke Stobbe and David Casuga took up the job until the end the 2011-’12 school year. Now, Fries and Ruelas have continued the segments.
