After three weeks of being on Christmas break, the student body return for the 2014-15 Spring semester, Jan. 5. Welcome back FC! With the beginning of the semester students are already in the full swing of things, however the Feather would like to look back on the holiday and welcome staff and students back to campus.
Sophomore China Scott shares her excitement about her first first her first week as an Eagle.
“I am really happy to have a change of scenery, I like that the classes are smaller and we get more one on one with the teachers,” Scott said.
This semester not only contains both the N.O.T.S. Film Festival and Sadie’s, but also will conclude with the graduation of the 2015 senior class. With so many memorable events on the calendar, students are going into the 2015 year with high hopes and expectations.
Junior Brooklyn Barth has just returned to FC this year for the first time since her freshman year. Already having enjoyed last semester, Barth is more excited for what this semester has in store.
“After returning to FC I am glad I get to see my friends on a daily basis, instead of once a week like last year,” Barth said. “I am looking forward to the being able to participate in all of the upcoming events of this semester.”
