While the upcoming Cinco de Mayo lunch will be financed by the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) club on campus, the Spanish club decided to raise some extra money for the event.
The funds earned during the home-made empanada lunch, April 8, will be contributed to help sponsor a Mariachi band during the May 5 celebration.
