In recognition of the Hispanic celebration of Cinco de Mayo, the campus California Scholarship Federation (CSF) club sold homemade enchiladas to the student body.
Adviser Molly Sargent, left, supervised the fundraising lunch and assisted the students by serving the cheese enchiladas. CSF students met together May 4 in order to make the classic mexican dish.
