Junior Sam Kaiser overcame a sprained hand in the game at Yosemite, Sept. 23. Despite the loss, Kaiser had 8 attacks in an attempt to help the Eagles.
“Sam has gotten progressively better with her hitting,” assistant coach Jessica Schlink said. “She has really improved her snapping which shows in the games.”
