While her grandma originally got her interested in tennis, Hayley Volpa-Olsen, ’09, only began to practice regularly in junior high. However, it was her time spent on the court with grandma which created a love for the sport.
Recently No. 6 Volpa-Olsen not only won the Terminator Award, but she took only 25 minutes to win her match, 8-1, during the eagles 9-0 win vs. Fowler, Oct. 2.
