While queen nominee Megan Ortiz’s small stature made her tempting for the taller candidates to overlook, she proved her determination to triumph in the queen pageant by quickly downing two hot dog buns filled with cold refried beans, along with a tall glass of warm milk.

Though she won the epic battle, the revolting mix of bland flavors and sticky oatmeal from bobbing for playing cards left Ortiz with the urge to reject the food from her stomach.
