The point guard led the Eagles with 19 points versus Yosemite, helping her team to a 69-61 non-league win, Jan. 15.

Though she spear-headed the offensive attack, Hensley says the key was team defense.

“We switched back and forth between a man defense and a 1-3-1 zone which really shut them down,” Hensley said. “They didn’t have an answer for our zone as long as we stayed intense.”
