While giving his acceptance speech for best actor, senior Scott Orcutt, left, had other priorities to attend to.

After decorating this year’s location for Night of the Stars (NOTS) for many hours preceding the event, the ceiling arrangement started to fall apart near the end of the awards ceremony.

“Sorry I can’t finish my speech,” Orcutt said. “I have to go fix our lovely decorations that are falling off the ceiling!”

With no harm done, Orcutt and junior Tyler Duerr, right, quickly fastened the fabric back to the ceiling and carried on with the awards show without further interruption.
