The FC cheer squad competed in the 34th annual Clovis Pep Classic hosted at Clovis High, Jan. 31. They ended the competition with a performance that placed them 4-4 after winning first place all around while receiving a score of 96 out of 100.
Despite the nerves of performing in front of a large crowd, sophomore flyer Sara Visciglio performed a kick twist basket toss with ease and confidence in the team’s winning performance.
The girls will next compete Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders (FCC) regional competition at Azusa Pacific University, Feb. 28., preparing for their final competition in Anaheim at the March USA Nationals.
