For the past several years on Feb. 22, junior Suzanna Quiring, ’10, not pictured, senior Brittany Stobbe, ’09, center, and Austin Ward, ’11, have prepared a surprise party in one of his classes for adviser Greg Stobbe, right. While the teacher’s birthday landed on a Sunday, the kids were not hindered.
Birthday boy celebrates again.
Early Monday morning, Feb. 23, students snuck into the computer lab to hang streamers and leave birthday greetings for their unknowing teacher. After the arrival of Stobbe, a feast of home-made cookies, ice-cream, popcorn and Coke filled the classroom.
