Although the girls’ basketball team lost the Valley Championship game by two points, 44-42, senior Larissa Hensley, center, was honored for her contribution to the team.
A recipient of the Fighting Spirit Award at Selland Arena, March 6, Hensley led the team with 16 points; however, no other player on the team cracked double digits in scoring.
