After assembling 9 feet of creamy, cheesy, steamy goodness, home economics students Melissa O’Leary, left to right, Brandon McCormick and Stephan Melendez prepare to fold their side of the storied mammoth burrito created annually.
The event, in its 8th year, is put on by home ec. teacher Sharon Scharf, who feeds almost 20 people with the creation. The burrito takes about seven people to fold.
