During chemistry class, junior Franklin Daniel, right, plans to pull a prank on senior Sarah Hollingsworth, Feb. 12. While Hollingsworth was using the restroom, Daniel placed a display of a dissected rat in her purse. Considering Hollingsworth’s major fear of rats, the class, as well as chemistry teacher Herbert Kendall, anticipated witnessing her reaction when she saw the dead animal in her bag.

Just as planned, Hollingsworth, reigning homecoming queen, let out a shrill cry after she realized her hand was resting on the rat display. Despite all efforts, no one was able to hold in their laughter as Hollingsworth walked around the room shaking the display in utter disgust.
