As spring begins, new blossoms sprout throughout the orchards of the San Joaquin Valley. In a matter of weeks, these bare trees will take full bloom. Pink and white flowers offer a sweet aroma to passers by, and restaurants such as the Blossom Trail Cafe provides a place to sit down and enjoy a meal near the trail.
