Formal is all about glamor, looking your best and trying to avoid any possible glitches along the way. As is tradition, the boy gives his date a corsage, and the girl pins a boutonniere to his jacket. However, junior Hannah Joseph was not immediately successful with this “simple” task, Feb. 20.

Her date, sophomore Sean Carter, patiently waited while Joseph, with the help of Carter’s mom, attempted pinning the flower to his tux. Joseph was eventually successful after 15-minutes of failed attempts.
