After surviving an entire day in New York City on little-to-no sleep, journalism adviser Greg Stobbe was in dire need in a pick-me-up.

Instead of seeking the bottom of a bottle, Stobbe opted for a sure-fire solution: fresh oysters at bistro Balthazar in Soho.

Upon the arrival of the dish, Stobbe posed for a photo with his deep blue delights, using one of his catchphrases: “tasTEE!”
