Fresno Christian’s Jane Gillespie, math teacher, recently traveled to San Diego to help present and teach courses to both administrators and teachers about Texas Instruments “Nspired” resources.

Gillespie has employed the use of Texas Instruments Nspired tools in many of her math classes here at Fresno Christian.

“The session was great,” said Gillespie referring to one of the two classes that she taught. “It was in a computer lab so the participants got hands- on experience using the ‘Nspired’ website, as well as the handhelds. The feed beck from the math leaders and supervisors there was positive.”

Gillespie also taught a second session at the NCTM, national conference for math teachers.

“I talked to many teachers throughout the 3 day period who were very interested in the Nspired system and excited about using the resources in their classrooms.
