During one school day of the whole year, campuses all across the U.S. gather at 7 a.m. to pray with classmates and staff for one hour, Sept. 22. This event is called See You at the Pole (SYATP) and has been taking place on campuses for the past 20 years.
FC students from seventh grade to seniors in high school met in the Ground Zero Quad and eventually broke off into small groups to pray over classmates, staff, governmental leaders, family and friends.
Bible teacher Robert Foshee opened SYATP with a prayer about this year’s school theme, “Let your light shine,” and invited all present students and parents to pray out loud.
