Among the booths at the annual Heritage Day, junior publications staff members Mary Hierholzer and Trevor York work the snow cone machine for customers attending this event, Oct. 9. Over 500 snow cones were made at Lions Town and Country Park in Madera.
Heritage Day in the park was presented by the Madera Historical Firefighters and the City of Madera Park and Community Services Department.
