Kicking off the first home game of the season, the FC Eagles defeat the Sierra High Chieftains, 24-0, Aug. 23. Senior captain Blake Burdan starts the game off with a kickoff return into the end zone.
Leading the team, Burdan scores two touchdowns along with one each from sophomores Soren Sobrado and Seth Yancey.
Coming off of a 10-2 record last season, senior captains Burdan, Tyler Krueger, Mason Blowers and Tyler Stotts aim to lead their team back to the Valley Championship finals.
The Eagles will next travel to Rosamond High School, Aug. 30. Be sure to head out and cheer on your FC football team!
