The varsity team advances their way into playoffs, earning the No. 1 seed. Having a bye in the first round, girls tennis will play Exeter at home, Nov. 5. Tennis coach and leadership adviser, Robert Foshee shares his thoughts on the upcoming playoff match.
“I’m excited about the beginning of playoffs,” Foshee said. “The girls have earned their spot by going undefeated in a tough West Sierra League. Now they get to start the playoffs and see how far they can go. I think our team is ready.”
Come out and support the varsity girls tennis, as they host No. 9 Exeter for the first playoff match, Nov. 5. Match play begins at 1 p.m, on the FC courts.
