Teachers and students begin collecting canned food for the ninth annual canned food drive, Nov. 13.
The Fresno Christian community supports Pinedale Community Fellowship Church with the goal to give back to the community and providing food for underprivileged families in the area.
Canned, boxed and bagged food will continue to be collected through Dec. 13. Prizes will be given to the class that brings the most items. Financial donations are also accepted in the high school office.
Here are some examples of food items that are needed:
- Bisquick (box)
- Chicken Broth (canned)
- Cookies (box)
- Dry Bones (bags)
- Gravy (can)
- Hot Chocolate (box)
- Jelly (plastic)
- Juice (Plastic)
- Mashed Potatoes (box)
- Rice (bag)
