Lessons and Carols Christmas concert 2019
[/media-credit] Susan Ainley directs high school and middle school choir at the “Lessons and Carols” concert, Dec. 9.

The Fresno Christian choir presents the Secondary Christmas Concert,”Lessons and Carols“, Dec. 9. Choir director Susan Ainley conducts middle school, Cantiamo and Chamber choir in the Peoples Church auditorium for families and friends in preparation for Christmas break.

The choirs performed various Christmas songs such as, “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel”, “Angels We Have Heard on High”, “Away in a Manger” and “Lo! How a Rose E’er Blooming”. David Tuck, ’22, Sarah Upshaw, ’23, Madilyn Foster ’23, sang solos from the high school choir and Ava Flores, ’24, Paige Deffenbacher, ’24, and Elijah Wood, ’25 performed solos from middle school.

In between carols, Bible teacher and vice principal, Scott Falk reads the story of Jesus’ birth. All choir groups finishes the night by circling around the crowd singing,”All On a Silent Night”.
