Varsity cheer celebrates Christmas with an early morning breakfast before heading to Christmas break, Dec. 11.

Head coach, Hope Villines, makes homemade waffles, bacon, sausage and hot chocolate.

During the breakfast, the girls brings socks to participate in an exchange with the team. Villines reads a story to the team with keywords “right” and ‘left” to switch the direction of the sock rotation.

Heading into Christmas break, the team prepares for the upcoming competitions. The first competition will be the Clovis Pep and Cheer Classic, Jan. 25. The team will also be traveling to Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders West Coast Championships, Feb. 1.
