Girls and boys basketball travels to Dos Palos for the last game before league officially begins, Dec. 7.

Dos Palos defeats the girls varsity basketball team, 39-28. Boys varsity also plays Dos Palos and defeats the Broncos, 70-39.

Girls basketball is coached by leadership and history teacher, Robert Foshee, with the assistance of Mike Zamarripa. The team consists of 15 players. Captains Hannah Van Noy, ‘21, Hannah Villines, ‘21, and Carlee Zamarripa, ‘22 lead the team with no seniors on the team.

Boys basketball is lead by head coach, Jon Penberthy, with the aid from three assistant coaches.

The first league game for the basketball athletes will be on the road against Laton, Jan. 10. The girls varsity team will play at 5:45 and the varsity boys team will be playing at 7.
