The Kansas City Chiefs will face off against the San Francisco 49ers at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida for the Super Bowl LIV, Feb. 2.
After defeating the Titans, 35-24, and winning the American Football Conference (AFC) championship, the Kansas City Chiefs earned a spot in the Super Bowl. Coming off of a 12-4 record, the team held in the No. 1 spot in the AFC.
The 49ers beat the Green Bay Packers, 37-20, crowning them champions of the National Football Conference (NFC). Kyle Shanahan, head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, was brought on to the team in 2017 after previously working as the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons.
The 49ers has two Super Bowl wins at the Hard Rock Stadium when they earned the title in Super Bowl XXIII and XXIX.
