Congratulations to Bryson Graham, ’21, for breaking the school record for most three pointers in a game, Jan. 21.
Graham is a lifer at Fresno Christian and began playing basketball since the fifth grade. He has played consecutively throughout those six years in his position as shooting guard.
The varsity boys basketball team traveled to Kings Christian for a league game. That game led Graham to scoring ten three pointers, surpassing Tyler Breedlove, ’16, and Ashley Zamarripa, ’19, with nine.
Graham explains the feeling he had when he broke the record and gives a shout out to his teammates for making this accomplishment possible.
“It took me a little bit to realize what had happened but I knew I was going to break it eventually.” Graham said. “It was really cool when my team rushed out on the court on a timeout after I broke it and congratulated me. I want to shout out Logan Lewis for the pass that led to the record tying shot and to Tyus Parrish Tillman and Orion Tomlinson for their passes that gave me my tenth three pointer.”
If you see Graham, make sure to congratulate him on breaking the three point record!
The boys varsity basketball team’s next game will be against WCPA (Wonderful College Preparatory Academy) at 7 p.m. in the FC gym, Jan. 24. Make sure to head out and support your Eagles!
