Congratulations to the Fresno Christian boys basketball team as they are heading to Selland Arena! The Eagles defeat Parlier, 78-65, in the semi-finals, Feb. 25. The team will be heading to Selland for the finals, Feb. 28, at 12 p.m. The team will be facing off against the No. 1. seed, Fowler.
Head coach Jon Penberthy is in his 7th year of coaching this will be his second time at Selland Arena.
FC basketball captains Ty Utah Coffman, ’20, Carston Saelzler, ’21, Tyus Parrish-Tillman, ’22 and Orion Tomlinson, ’22 led this team to an overall record of, 25-6, and went undefeated in league with a, 10-0, record.
Due to game time, Fresno Christian students will be released at 11 a.m. on game day. Students are able to sign up for the router bus in the main office. The first 50 to sign up and pay the $20 fee, will get a ride to and from the game as well as a ticket into Selland Arena.
Be sure to head out and support your Eagles as they take on the Fowler Redcats in the finals!
