Congratulations to this year’s senior homecoming queen candidates, Aubrey Graham, Brandy Penberthy, Zoe Bull, Tori Tarlton and Trinity Cox. Get to know these nominees with some interesting facts they shared with The Feather Online.
Voting takes place Thurs. morning, after the Royal battle, Sept. 22. Princess candidates will be introduced on the field at 6:30 p.m. before kickoff. The official homecoming pageant will take place during halftime, at the 37th Annual Fresno Christian Homecoming game against Riverdale Christian, Sept. 23.
Get to know, Brandy Penberthy
Penberthy has attended Fresno Christian since seventh grade. Three words to describe her are
funny, athletic and short. Penberthy’s favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Hidden Talent?
I can juggle bean bags.
If you were stranded on an island, which Disney Character would you hope to have with you?
Flynn Rider because I would need someone pretty to look at if it’s just me and one other person.
If you could eat only one fast food restaurant for life, what would it be?
I would choose Chipotle.
Get to know, Trinity Cox
Cox has attended Fresno Christian since sixth grade. Cox’s Hollywood crush is Captain America but not Chris Evans. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6, “Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing, be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude.”

It’s hidden. (I don’t have one)

Graham is a lifer at Fresno Christian. Graham hopes to have a job as a travel photographer and married in five years. Her favorite

Benson Boone and Rooster from Top Gun: Maverick.
What is the most important quality in a mate?
A sense of humor and loyalty.

Get to know, Tori Tarlton
Tarlton has attended Fresno Christian since sixth grade. Three words to describe Tarlton would be athletic, funny and a leader. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:25, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?”
What is your favorite decade?
The 90’s.

My great grandfather.

Bull is a lifer at Fresno Christian. Her hidden talent is roller skating. Bull’s favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6-7, “Do not be
anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
