Sophomore Matthew Tacchino hopes to bring the students of Fresno Christian meaningful conversations with students and staff members in a reoccurring podcast series called EagleCast. Covering issues most teens deal with today along with seeking wisdom and deeper understanding from those who have traversed these roads before. Hope you enjoy this Feather podcast series.

Jacob Cantu, the esteemed science teacher at Fresno Christian, has agreed to help launch the “FC EagleCast.” This exciting new podcast series will shine a spotlight on individuals within the school community, including both teachers and students.

You might be surprised to find out that even Cantu struggles with restricting his diet and keeping health a priority. Cantu elaborates on his “large appetite” and ways he combats these issues. In this podcast, Cantu speaks on a more personal level on his fitness goals and encourages others.

“I picked up running cause it’s something you can do anywhere,” Cantu said. “You have no excuses!”

Cantu has been a dedicated member of the Fresno Christian community for four years, where he imparts his knowledge of the sciences to students spanning all grade levels.

Listeners can look forward to discovering fascinating tidbits and fun facts about their teachers and peers alike on the podcast. Admired teachers will share their invaluable experiences, while star athletes will provide insights into their respective sports.

Be sure to mark your calendars because a fresh episode will be released very soon. This episode is hosted by students Matthew Tacchino as lead host and Editor Chloe McDonald as the guest host of the week.

Great interview guys! Mr. Cantu is definitely a fan favorite!
I didn’t see him in the movie …. I can picture him sacking Josh Allen and shaking hands with Kevin Costner.
