[Video] FC boys volleyball team defeats Washington Union

Senior, Donovan Guglielmana, leaps into the air to serve the ball, April 9.

FC eagles defeat the Washington Union panthers at their home conference match, 3-0, April 9.

Eagles came into the game ranking 12th in the central sections, while Panthers ranked below the Eagles, putting themselves 27th in the central section.

In the first set Eagles won 25-9 and continued to the second set with their head held high. After winning the second set, 25-23, they finished the game by winning the third set, 25-14.

Seniors, Donovan Guglielmana and Gabe Johns led the team offensively by ending the game with 9 kills. Sophomore, Tycen Ramierez also had 7 blocks against the Panthers.

Selah Neal is a freshman, and this is her first year on The Feather. Neal is eager to develop skills in the art of photography that she can carry with her into the future. She enjoys snacking, kayaking, and horseback riding. Selah hopes to keep her straight-A’s this year and have a few adventures along the way.
