Fresno Christian’s Annual Veterans Day chapel will take place, November 6th, in Peoples Church Auditorium from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The Annual chapel began back in 2011 as local radio host Paul Loeffler brought veterans to interview amongst the student body.
Featured veteran for this year is Gary Parnell, who served in the Army during the Vietnam War in the 101st Airborne Division as a machine gun squad leader. Awarded three Purple Hearts, his story of bravery and resilience will be sure to captivate you. Parnell traveled on board Central Valley Honor Flight #32 this Sept with 72 other Valley vets.
The Fresno Christian community has offered photographs of family veterans to be included in the patriotic chapel. Join in honoring our service men and woman in the 107th National Veterans Day.
