After a two-month summer vacation, students head back to campus for the first day of school, Aug, 12. Hugs are given, pictures are taken and summer stories are told as crowds of over 600 gather in the Peoples Church auditorium for the annual convocation, kicking off the 2019 -‘20 school year. 

Worship team members lead with Hillsong United’s own Good Grace singing, “People come together strange as neighbors our blood is one, children of generations of every nation of kingdom come.”

Principal Amy Deffenbacher welcomes grades TK-12 along with family members and staffers thanking everyone for coming to the annual event. Following more worship and a message from Superintendent Jeremy Brown, students were released to their homeroom classes.
