Fresno Christian senior cheerleaders are honored before the football game during the annual senior night, Nov. 1.
Seniors (left to right) Marin Sue, Danielle Foster and Kayden Marquez, receive a sign made by student leadership and flowers. Tonight the team will be cheering on the football team.
Senior and captain Kayden Marquez shares what she will miss most from participating in cheer.
“I will miss most not being with my friends on the daily,” Marquez said. “I will also miss the Friday night football games and stunting with my group. Especially back spotting Morgan Parker, the best best flyer ever! Cheer has been one of the best sport teams that I have ever experienced. Not only are we hard working team but we treat each other like a family. I loved all the memories I made along with all the sisters and best friends I now have. I will miss cheering my school on!”
The theme for the student section this football game is America. The cheer seniors will be repping their red, white, and blue with matching nike spandex.
