Meet your 2019-20 Feather staff team!

The 2019-20 Feather staff includes journalists, photojournalists, and video journalists. Currently there are 25 journalists, 6 photojournalists, 4 video journalists making up a team of 35 students.

The Feather has been online since 2001, first started by adviser Greg Stobbe who later introduced Kori Friesen and Robert Hyatt in the 2013-14 school year.

The Feather also competes in the Columbia Scholastic Press Associations (CSPA) and the National Scholastic Press Association’s (NSPA).

In past years, The Feather has competed for multiple awards, winning six Pacemakers since 2006 and eight Gold Crowns since 2010. Most recently The Feather earned a CSPA Digital Silver Crown award in March for the 2018-19 school year in New York and the last NSPA Pacemaker during April of the 2015-16 school year in Los Angeles.
