Girls tennis coach Robert Foshee adds the CIF, National Federation of High School Coaches award to his expanding collection of accomplishments and trophies, Aug. 26, 2023.
Among this milestone are four section championship titles in girls soccer, girls and boys tennis, almost 500 combined career wins and Fresno Bee Coach of the Year for girls soccer.
Foshee has been a integral part of Fresno Christian athletics since 1998, coaching various FC sports ranging from basketball, soccer, football and tennis. Despite all of the accolades from his achievements, Foshee has found that the real reward comes from the relationships he has created.
“My ultimate goal is to see players grow athletically, spiritually and socially through the sport I coach and help each player reach their potential and use the gifts that God has given them,” Foshee said. “This award means I’ve been blessed by the Lord in being able to coach and I’ve been surrounded by great players, coaches and parents.”
For the 2023-24 school year Foshee continues to coach girls and boys tennis.
