Fresno offers a variety of different places to spend time with friends after school or on the weekends. Here are some of the most popular shopping centers and food spots around the city.
Spend time with friends while exploring one of Fresno’s most popular outdoor shopping centers. With a variety of restaurants, stores and a movie theater, it’s a perfect place to hang out.
Hours: Mondays – Sundays 9 A.M. – 10 P.M.
The Fashion Fair Mall is one of Fresno’s largest indoor shopping centers. It provides teens with a food court, various clothing stores and a place to play arcade games and bowling.
Hours: Mondays – Saturdays 10 A.M. – 8 P.M. and Sundays 11 A.M. – 7 P.M.
Woodward Park offers teens walking trails and picnic areas, making it a perfect place for relaxing outdoors or playing sports while spending time with friends.
Hours: Mondays – Sundays 6 A.M. – 10 P.M.
Cost: $5 per car.
Food Spots:
Many teens in Fresno meet up at popular food spots like In-N-Out Burger and Chick-fil-A. These restaurants are a great place for hanging out after school and after-school events.
Hours: In-N-Out Burger is open Sundays – Thursdays 10:30 A.M. – 1 A.M. and Fridays – Saturdays 10:30 A.M. – 1:30 A.M. Chick-fil-A is open Mondays – Saturdays 6:30 A.M. – 10 P.M. and closed Sundays.
Old Town Clovis offers unique shops, thrift and antique stores and local food spots. It’s a great place to walk around with friends, find vintage items and take pictures.
Hours: Mondays – Sundays 10 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Fig Garden Village is an outdoor shopping center with restaurants, bakeries and a variety of shops, making it a nice spot to hang out.
Hours: Mondays – Saturdays 10 A.M. – 7 P.M. and Sundays 11 A.M. – 6 P.M.
Spend time with friends racing on an indoor track on electric go-karts and at the arcade, like pool or air hockey. Prices vary depending on races and group sizes.
Hours: Mondays – Thursdays 12 P.M. – 9 P.M, Fridays 12 P.M. – 11 P.M, Saturdays 10 A.M. – 11 P.M. and Sundays 10 A.M. – 9 P.M.
