Girls Tennis clears the board against Caruthers in a sweeping 9-0 victory! Fresno Christian Girls Tennis leads with an undefeated league record and a strong shot at competing in the Northwest Conference Championships.
After accepting the challenge of moving up to Division Three last year, the girl’s tennis team has soared past many difficult competitors. Leading the Northwest Girls Tennis Conference is a difficult task, but the Fresno Christian Eagles don’t seem to mind the daunting challenge.
Seniors Rachel Martin and Sophia Adams pair up to win their match and support the team. The sister pair, K’Lanna McArn, 26′, and Amyia vanOosten, 25′, fight for another family victory.
Sophia Adams faces off against the number one ranked player from Caruthers. In the most heated match of the night, a super tiebreaker was necessary to finish the game. Instead of playing to seven points, a total of 10 points from Sophia, secured yet another victory for the eagles.
