Fresno Christian Leadership assembles for this year’s fall sports rally, where participants dress up and compete in different activities, Nov. 14. Hosting this year is Tayla Tarlton,’26, and Aden Millwee,’25, who excite the audience by running, shouting, and moving to the music.
This year, students vote on their class holiday theme. Freshmen wore pink for Valentine’s Day, Sophomores dressed as ghosts for Halloween, Juniors sported stars and stripes for 4th of July, and Seniors displayed ugly sweaters for Christmas.
To begin the rally was a game of musical chairs, comprised of 24 students, six from each grade, and reduced to four finalists. Seniors win with Aydin Wollman,’24, and Colby Poplin,’24, who were the first seated in the last two chairs.
The next game played is, ‘Heads, shoulders, knees, cups’. Ten players from each grade compete to see who can snatch the cups first. The final three participants who remain, are Senior Grace LaCroix and Jenna Obwald, as well as Hayden Spurrier, ‘26. LaCroix grabs the cup first earning the victory and even more points for the Senior class.
After Seniors won they were rewarded with a table of tasty treats.
