Fresno Christian baseball honors four seniors as they close out the season with a home game against Minarets, May 7.

This year’s FC baseball seniors are Paul Sheppard, Jake Hull, Jake Wyatt, and Seth Rojeski

Senior, Jake Wyatt, has been coached by his father, Max Wyatt, all four years he has been on this team. Team Captain Jake Wyatt shares what he has sacrificed in his life-long baseball career.

“I have sacrificed so much time, but it has been worth it for all the memories I’ve made,” Wyatt said.

Homeschooler Paul Sheppard has played baseball his entire life. Joining the FC baseball community in his middle school years, he reflects on his last four years of high school ball.

“My favorite memory from being on this team is definitely hitting a walk off against Sierra,” Sheppard said.

The Eagles are defeated by the Mustangs, 13-7 and will be advancing toward the playoff season starting May 14.
