Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin officially proclaims May 12, 2016, as The Feather Online Day, during a City Hall presentation.

Advisers Greg Stobbe, Kori Friesen and all 38 staff members receive a Certificate of Recognition for The Feather’s Columbia Scholastic Press Association Gold Crown and National Scholastic Press Association Pacemaker during the 2015-2016 school year. The Father Online is one of only five schools nation-wide to earn both these awards in the same school year.

This is the second time the Feather has been recognized by City Hall. Last time was in April 2012.
