Third year worship team member, Nathan Mount, ’18, plays several instruments on the Fresno Christian worship team, Jan. 26. Piano is one of those, along with bass and drums.

Becoming a part of the worship team at his church in seventh grade, Nathan Mount, known by many as Nate, discovered a passion for playing instruments and leading others in worship. He loves having a sense of leadership while on stage and setting an example for those watching.

“Playing on the worship team is most definitely my favorite thing in the world to do because it is what makes me feel at one with God,” said Mount. “My favorite song to play is ‘The Stand’ because whenever me and Tyler Villines are at camp or at church we will most likely play that.”

Besides enjoying playing on stage, Nathan also enjoys watching how other worship teams perform songs.
