International student coordinator, Amanda Clark, and FC Principal, Amy Deffenbacher, assign participating students their international buddy, visiting through AmeriStudent, for shadowing, Feb. 1.

Approximately 40 students have signed up to have a visiting international student shadow them for the needed days.

Feb. 2 was scheduled to be the first day of shadowing with 20 international visitors from China arriving. Due to an airplane delay, the first group of visitors will not arrive until Feb. 3, and will be shadow for only one day. This visiting group consists of students from seventh to eleventh grades.

The second group of international students will be visiting Feb. 6 through Feb. 17 and shadowing for a longer period of time. This visiting group has only 10th and 11th grade international students.
