The Physics and math lab floor receives a floor makeover during Christmas vacation. The new floor truly represents new beginnings for the science department at FC.
This floor represents the beginning of two science labs. Giving the Physical science and Physics classes a new found importance and growth in the science department.
“It represents respect for Dr. Walters and for me. Sharing a room with another teacher is tough,” Bucher said. “But sharing a room where you each have the type of equipment we have, the preparation time and clean up requirement places a true burden on the science teachers. This year the science room is used 7 periods which means Dr. Walters and I are constantly in and out of the room and all our preparation has to be done before or after school or at lunch. To give us each our own room means a lot.”
